A dynamic afternoon of shared learning and collaboration, in a community of practice style. This session is all about applying learnings to implementation work. We will learn from real-world projects making a difference in South Australia’s health system and that are using implementation science concepts. This year’s last forum will showcase the work of Dr Dorsa Maher (Flinders), Lauren Goudas (SALHN), Nicole Grivell (Flinders), and will hear from ROSA’s PHARMA-Care project on the implementation of of a national quality framework in residential aged-care facilities.
