The ASI Victorian and Tasmanian Annual Scientific Meeting 2025 is taking place 24th – 25th July at Melbourne Zoo. As always, it will be a terrific opportunity for students and early postdocs to mingle with more senior immunologists and discuss their work in a congenial atmosphere, as well as obtaining experience in oral presentation.
An exciting program is planned over two full days, including time to walk around the zoo and visit the animals. Registration includes lunch and tea breaks on both days, canapes and drinks during the twilight social networking poster session.
Any participants attending are invited to submit an abstract to be selected for a short talk, 3-minute talk or poster presentation. We have a number of oral and poster presentation prizes up for grabs (ASI members only). Don’t have a lot of data yet? No problem! Early PhD, masters and honours students are invited to join and learn all about the exciting research taking place, abstract submission is not a requirement.
Travel bursaries of $400 will be awarded to any ASI members travelling from Tasmania.
