The Tasmanian Collaboration for Health Improvement is a translational research partnership that brings together people, communities, clinicians, researchers and policy-makers to design research that tackles local health challenges.

By combining the lived experiences, knowledge, skills and resources of many, we can discover local solutions and translate them into better healthcare for Tasmanians.

The Collaboration is governed by a Board and Executive Committee with representatives from partners University of Tasmania, Tasmanian Government Department of Health, Primary Health Tasmania and Health Consumers Tasmania, health consumers and communities.

Seeking Executive Committee members

We are seeking members to join the Executive Committee to help shape, guide and direct the Collaboration’s work.

Suitable candidates must be either a health consumer or currently employed within one of the Collaboration’s partner organisations:

  • Tasmanian Government, Department of Health
  • University of Tasmania, College of Health and Medicine
  • Primary Health Tasmania
  • Health Consumers Tasmania

And have a balance of personal attributes, professional and industry skills to achieve the Collaboration’s strategic objectives.
