Learn the art of behaviour-change conversation at a Healthy Conversation Skills workshop.

Do you want to know how to engage clients, friends and others in helpful conversations about their health?

Healthy Conversation Skills (HCS) is a method designed for health professionals, clinicians and educators who want to learn how to have more effective conversations with clients about setting and meeting health goals.

Discover how to use your new skills in brief, opportunistic, day to day encounters with people, with or without an established therapeutic relationship.
